Foods that Speed Up your Metabolism



Your body constantly burns calories, even when you're doing nothing. This resting metabolic rate is much higher in people with more muscle. Best Nutritive foods for building muscle



There are hundreds of different foods that can help build muscle. we pick only this short list ,if you want build muscle , make sure these food make it into your weekly menu:

QUINOA

Alcohol Abuse is a disease


Drinking is holding you back; it’s keeping you from pursuing many of your dreams and is affecting your mind and impacting your life negatively.
Everyone is not convinced, but addiction to alcohol is a disease, a form of physical allergy coupled with a mental obsession.

Alcoholism is a chronic, progressive disease characterized by loss of control over alcohol consumption. 
The concept of disease, once understood and accepted, we can begin to realize that a person who abuses a substance does not necessarily intentionally, but because she is sick, and need help.
Treatment centers for alcoholics and addicts are socially conclusive evidence. and the list of symptoms and characteristics of the disease is available, and allows us to recognize its presence and effects.

One of the symptoms of alcoholism is drinking by compulsion. This "obligation" to consume is inadequate, unpredictable, and excessive.
We now know that alcohol is linked to several factors. Some studies have shown that the incidence of the disease is greater when a parent suffers from alcoholism. That is why it is believed that the disease could be genetic and biochemical disorders involve.
Psychological and social factors play a role, such as anxiety, relationship problems, low self-esteem, accessibility and social tolerance alcohol, peer pressure and a stressful life.

Depression arises generally in the form of depressive periods which can last from 2 weeks to several years, or even all the life. According to the intensity of the symptoms, the depression can be considered as light, moderate or severe. During severe depression, we are lost in memories of losses or failures and feel excessive guilt and helplessness: “I am a loser” or “the world is a terrible place” may take over and increase the risk of suicide.
Several factors during the period of psychological vulnerability, lead to the depressive disorder like Family events, Sleep problem, Divorce, Debt, Work loss, or Bad abusive work environment or situations.
Fight depression and feel Awesome without Drugs, antidepressants and medications treat   only the symptoms of depression, not necessarily the causes. 

It doesn’t just go away on its own, take action against depression, and tap away those under skin trapped energy.

The Meridians we will tap:

KC:  Karate Chop, point on the side of your hand, It’s on the side of your hand opposite your thumb, about mid-way between your wrist and the base of your little finger. It’s the spot you’d use to “karate chop” something.  Tap this point gently with the first 2 fingers of your other hand.

TH: Top of the Head, imagine a pole running vertically through the center of your body, tap gently in the direct center of that point.
EB: Eyebrow, Tap directly on the end of the eyebrow nearest your eye on the same side of your body as your tapping hand. The point is right where the eyebrow meets the bone that forms the bridge of your nose.
SE: Side of the eye, this point is located on the bone at the outside of the eye. It’s at the opposite end of the eyebrow but before the soft area that forms the temple.
UE: Under the eye, Tap on the bone right under your eye, horizontally even with your pupil. Be very gentle here as this point is often sensitive.

UN: Under the nose, this tapping spot is between the bottom of your nose and your upper lip. Gently tap it about 3-7 times.
CH : Chin,  Tap this point that’s right in the indentation of your chin, between the point of your chin and your lower lip

CB : Collarbone, The collarbone tapping point is directly on your collarbone, and inch or two from the hollow of your throat 

UA: Under the arm, located approximately 4 inches below the armpit, about mid-bra line for a woman. You can reach across to tap the opposite side of your body.


Tap the karate point while repeating the script 3 times:

Emotions are what make us humans beings, our warning systems to what is going on around us, emotions are our indicators, intelligent indicators of how things are going in our lives, help us , keep us on the right truck of life .
Our emotions controls us, ride us, our thinking, behavior, and actions. If negatives, they affect our physical bodies, if we ignore them or repress them:
1-Not released emotions trapped in our bodies, can cause us serious illness, and depression, including cancer, and chronic illness;
2-Negative emotions such as anxiety, frustration, guilt sadness and unworthiness, affect your life in a negative manner, a chronic discomfort called emotional pain.
We are of course remarkably different and unique, but there is a similarity in how that affects us, but we react to similar situation in many different ways. Our response are controlled by our experience of a situation, we interpret this situation based on our beliefs about the situation. The root of our reactions is our beliefs.
These beliefs are made up of your values, what you believe about a situation, largely determines how you feel, and what action you takes.
If we can change a person belief, we have a very power persuasion tool to change their life!!
They are however quite deep things and will often resist changing.
